However, Huawei has denied that this delay is not happening due to the ban. According to the company, some certification tests are in process, which is likely to be completed until August. Along with this, there is also news about the company’s new Hongmeng operating system. However, the senior vice president of the company said that – Our priority is Google and Android only, but if the situation remains similar, we will roll out Hongmeng within 6 to 9 months. As per the recent speculations and rumors, it’s said that Hongmeng OS will be 60 percent faster than Android OS. Does this mean that Android era will be put to an end? Only time can decide.
Google had previously said that it will not make Huawei’s smartphones compatible with the Android operating system. However, it was extended for 90 days later. This grant will end in August. This means that Huawei’s smartphones will not get the support of the Google Android operating system after August.
